The group Lucknow-based Sahara made a foray into Kerala with the launch of a residential apartment complex of 728 units to the road in Port-Airport Kakkanad in Kochi.
According Sushanto Roy, head of real estate affaires’de s Sahara, the group plans to invest Rs.300 crore in the draft Kochi. It has acquired 65 acres at Tripunithura and monitors for land suitable to other centres in the state.
The draft Kakkanad is allocated an area of 14.72 acres and proposes to house 728 residential units. With an accumulated total area of about one square metre of sixty-eight thousand lakh, the project includes a mixture of two to four apartments duplex apartment terraces apartment bedroom three-and four-bedroom, and.
The group hopes to provide units in a span of three years-and-a-half. The residential units will be priced in the range of Rs.34 lakh to Rs.80 lakh.
