Dewa Group Private Ltd, a company promoted by a group of NRIs based in Kuwait, will establish a complex of superb luxury apartment on the navy command in Kochi. K. Venugoplan Nair, President of the company, said that the project would place new benchmarks for residential property.
The apartments will have a guarantee of ten years. The kitchen, lining bathroom, doors and other fittings will be supplied by companies superior to Germany, Italy, Australia and Canada. The complex will be six tours include 400 apartments surrounded by four acres of landscaped park. It will be a shake-resistant structure. The price of a three-bedroom apartment will be more than Rs.3 crore.
The company has substantial real areas be held in major cities including Bangalore, Chennai, Thiruvananthapuram and in the Andaman and Nicobar islands. The company invested the Rs.3000 crore for the project Kochi, to be completed by 2011. It had undertaken a study which said that Kochi was the high potential in the real estate sector.
